Lol this series is new to me. I like it. Used to own an 84 XJ6 Vanden Plas, it was great until we parked it for a winter. It never started again and I sold it for $500. The wood interior started to delaminate, cracked all over, the seats cracked, the wheels cracked, the paint turned to sandpaper, it all happened so fast.
Looked like this one, same color same wheels:

Some girl at my school has an 85 XJ6 Vanden Plas... poor cat is on it's last legs. Last time I heard it, the car sounded like the brakes failed to disengage because the whole time she slowly picked up speed there was a horrible screeching noise. Her headliner was falling the exhaust was hanging.. Poor car needs to be put out of it's misery. Its a shame they really only come in two conditions... Nice like in The video or totally gone like my school.
